Magical words that can set you free

Troubling thoughts

appear from time to time and unsettle your general well-being. You can release these thoughts and emotions about situations, people and experiences you’ve had. You do not have to tolerate them any longer.

The release is simple.

How?

 

Your intention for releasing these thoughts about situations and people, is to –

  • Release yourself from toxic thoughts
  • Find peace within yourself and
  • For the greater good of all.

  1. Find a place where you won’t be disturbed.
  2. Become aware of your breath for a little while – now consciously take three deep breaths (feel the cold air entering your body, become aware of your chest rising, then the warm air leaving your lungs and escaping through your nose.)
  3. Now think of the memory/person that is driving you nuts and giving you trouble releasing all negative thought regarding this situation/person. It could be absolutely anything.
  4. Thinking of the situation, connect to the concerned person by seeing them in your mind’s eye standing in front of you. This will most probably result in you experiencing emotions that is triggered by the situation or person. Have courage – this pain is about to be released. You might feel that these words are not sincere – but think of them as magic words that changes what is toxic into something harmless.

Say the following over and over again until you feel a release:

I am sorry

Please forgive me

I love you

Thank you

  1. See this person turning away leaving by walking into white healing light or the situation dissolving into white healing light.
  2. Now place your hands on your heart and repeat the four sentences three times to yourself:

I am sorry

Please forgive me

I love you

Thank you

  1. Finally see/imagine the white healing light shining over you for a minute or so.
  2. Become aware of your body and your breath and then gently get up to complete your day.
